  Jose Molina and his team at Summit Funding helped guide me through the homebuying process from start to finish. 100% transparent, always quick to answer my questions via text or call any time of the day, and had my best interests at heart. From the mortgage loan, to financing, to underwriting, not once was I left in the dark throughout the process. They were very clear of their expectations of me and what I needed to expect throughout the homebuying process. Not only were they professional, had extensive knowledge of the industry, but were able to work quickly and expertly with my buying agent to help facilitate a fast close. We started the process on 10/02 and I had keys in my hand on 11/02. Their responsiveness, knowledge, and charisma allowed me to approach this endeavor with confidence, and now I am a first time homeowner! I cannot recommend Summit Funding's Team Molina enough.

  Summit Funding, Inc. was the best part of my first time home purchase by far. The purchase of a home is a complicated process. You want the most educated, current in all the rules and laws of real estate market people working for you. Well the Eagle Team at Summit exceeds all of those expectations. Thanks to all the efforts of these people I received my keys to my home on Sunday, November 10 2017. That was less than 2 months from the beginning of the process. I wouldn't want any other Team on my side. I completely trust their abilities and would definitely refer anyone in need of mortgage funding.

  Blake and his team are wonderful. Even when I kept changing my mind on how exactly I was moving forward Blake's team was always right there and patient with whatever route I wanted to take. Once I figured it out and we were are the right track Erin from Blake's team came on my file. Erin is so pleasant to work with, she is always happy, responsive and knows what she is talking about. I am glad that I used Summit Funding with Blake and his wonderful team.

  Chad Yourdon was by far the best person we have ever dealt with. He literally made the home buying process a breeze. Communication was superb and we were never left out of the loop on anything. Summit Funding was quick in processing paperwork and quick to get things completed. I personally know Chad and his work ethic is something many lenders should envy. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a home to contact Chad and Summit Funding because they simply do make dreams come true!

  Mary and her team were absolutely PHENOMENAL! They literally held our hand throughout the entire process. We were pretty nervous in the beginning but Mary and her team were able to simplify that extremely complex process and make us feel secure and confident that we made the right choice.
