  So when my husband and I were trying to buy a house, some things went down and it was causing some major problems during escrow. We had already sold the house we were living in and so it became very stressful. Our realtor, Josh Gregorio (awesome guy!) called this other company to help and that's when Kristy Gannon and the team at Summit came in clutch! Kristy is very easy to talk to and we felt like we were made a priority. They really have synergy over there because they all worked together to make this happen in a timely manner. Great sense of urgency! It felt good and we can't thank them enough! We're in our new cozy home now and feel grateful for all the help we received. I wish them all the very best in life. 🥲🏡🤟🏼

  I have been working with Kristy for a long time already since she was at Loan depot. She help me get my first home. I was always scared of reject and she made me feel confident, never gave me no Bull!! Once looking into refinance, I found out she made a move to Summit Funding. So I went ahead also and made the move with her. Summit Funding is a great Mortage loan company to go through. Smooth processing and no waste of time. I recommend Summit Funding to anyone looking to be Pre approved to buy a home or to refinance. Go through Kristy team they are the best👌 .

  Got a call from Cristy Gannon today wishing my hubby a happy bithday he was over the moon thought it was the coolest thing ever.Christy chatted about our house and checked how we are . She lead the way and made that possible to buy last year ....we just love her ❤ and our home .

  The entire experience was great. I planned on going with a conventional loan. I had mist of what I needed toward a down payment and was preparing to work a lot of overtime for the rest. Christy is experienced enough to know I would do much better going VA I had been reluctant because I had a bad experience going VA in the past.. I now realize it was likely my lender not the fact that it was VA. Christy suggested this in spite of this likely creating more work for her and her team. I went from planning on $40k down to only putting $9k down this was a very happy day for me. I was truly nearly in tears. I was able to move into my home and furnish it. The entire team was great making routine phone calls to update me on the progress of the loan. This is not the first time I have bought a home. This has been by far the best experience I have ever had. Thank you Christy and your team for making this a great experience. Without you I may have gotten cold feet and backed out. Instead I have started a new life here and haven't been this happy in years if ever.
