  Have been using Citi since 2002. Never dissapointed. When on vacation one time, they notified me of unauthorized transaction and took care of that ASAP.

  Very unprofessional staff and uneducated staff They even dont know how to linked up the two accounts and they even dont knw about the secure credit card They trying to play with your account I don’t recommend to anyone to deal with them

  Have been a customer through Costco for many years. Called to change business name since card has been under old business name for several years. Citi Bank forced a cancellation on my credit card in good standing because of my request to change the business name. I paid it off every month faithfully regardless of the balance. They stated I could not change the business name and cancelled it. I begged them not to do it but they said it wasn't my choice so they cancelled the card and closed the account. I was forced to re-apply with the new business name. 30 minutes on the phone to reapply only for them to lose the entire entry. No record I had reapplied. So I applied online again and was granted 1500 credit limit on new card. I had 15,000 as an established business. I also lost 300 in rewards money. Trying to get those back. Meanwhile, all of the accounts I had set up on auto pay were disrupted. Countless hours with citi bank and other accounts to straighten this mess up which is still ongoing. This is how citi bank treats businesses during this difficult survival mode environment. Elias Business owner

  Only ATM that is under cover and I don't have to stand in the sun or rain. And it is easy to find parking right in front of it.

  The worse one in customer service and the fastest too. They take forever even if it's a cashing a check and it looks they have only training people I been waiting for more than 1 hours and nothing yet. I went to the Citibank on Oswell and it's way way more better ..

  My wife and I have never been happy with this bank from the day we set up our account. We should have known then, but it took a year or so to get completely fed up. First of all, they could never link my credit card and checking account with my wife's. It is the same account! but they said it couldn't be done. The mobile app is a complete joke. I can't even deposit my paycheck because, wait for it,,,,it is over $1,000.00. The bank closes at 5pm, so I have to wait several days before they will release my own money after making an ATM deposit. It's a frickin' payroll check! They said I could slip it under the door or put in in the mail slot (where it drops onto the floor) and they would process it faster. Seriously, that was there response. Slip my check through the mail slot! You have got to be kidding me. In addition to the mobile app being useless for pay checks even small checks were rarely accepted. Kept getting errors from the app. After taking four or five picture, I finally gave up. Do you have to own a photography studio to get the correct lighting? I'm standing in my kitchen in the middle of the day with the lights on. Give me a break. My experience with EVERYONE from the local branch to the customer service representatives was piss poor and way below any reasonable expectation. I could go on, but I have better things to do. My only hope is that someone else reads this and thinks twice before opening an account there. I will be going with a local bank

  I'm a non-US citizen so my case is not so common... but I felt the staff were not knowledgeable, not so helpful, and did not give me all the information, or try to find it. Forms to fill out were not complete and I received long letters from Citibank HQ asking more questions about my US address and telephone address, and had to return to the branch to furnish the answers - no excuse for this oversight on their part. But the main problem was with Citibank services as with my Checking/Debit Account my online banking was restricted to viewing statements, and I couldn't even transfer money to my son's (an Amcit) account in the US as I had no SSN. Closing my Citibank account here however was very easy, and there was no fuss. At another US bank, I had none of the above problems, the staff were very knowledgeable and got all the necessary information and carefully informed me of the possibilities... and I can transfer money as desired...

  I've been banking with them for about two yrs and it's been a great experience so far. I actually decided to bank with them after liking their service even though I wasn't their client, and I must say citimortgage is one of the easiest, most accessible lenders when it comes to modifications. I work in real estate, and deal with all kinds of lenders on a daily basis, citi is one of the lenders that give us less of a hard time, when we're trying to help our clients save their home. Of course there's guidelines for everything and qualifying for a modification to save your home is no joke, but I personally don't mind working with citimortgage and I enjoy banking with citibank.

  I really enjoy this bank. Parking is not that great due to cross traffic but it is centrally located and I can pay off my credit card here which is a huge thing. Staff is really nice :))
