  We were first time home buyers and were a little nervous at first. The Joy team changed that quickly! They explained everything in detail and i really appreciated that.They worked really fast for us to get the appraisal in time so we could move in asap. The communication is EXCELLENT! I really love that they send you the weekly email updating you on your home buying status. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone looking to purchase a home!!

  I can't say enough about how wonderful our experience was with Joy Ziminskas and her team in summit Funding Inc. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was on track and closing as expected. They were so friendly, professional and yet had an amazing personal touch too! They went out of their way to stay on top of every situation that came up and made us feel at ease during every step of the mortgage process. They are truly amazing and would recommend them to any of my family or friends! Joy and the team of people who work there are all top notch.
