  Five Stars Summit Funding made the process of buying a house so much smoother. Always keeping me updated on what’s next or where we’re at. It was definitely an overall wonderful experience. I have been referring friends and telling them what an amazing experience I had. Buying a house can be stressful but Summit Funding was extremely professional, well educated on the process, and always so caring. They treat people like family and are always there with the answers to your questions.

  The level of attentiveness from Adam, Erica, Whitley, and the rest of the team was wonderful. Whitley coordinated our first meeting with Adam, which went very well. The knowledge Adam provided concerning options and our future goals was very helpful in making decisions. Erica was also very attentive and hands-on in keeping us abreast of our loan progress and any pertinent information that was needed. We felt taken care of and knew our refinance would be handled well. I will absolutely be recommending this team to support anyone wanting to buy or refinance their home! Thank you!

  I had put off the idea of applying for a home loan for so long. It seemed like a lot of work and confusing at that. Then my realtor Jeremy Lemm referred me to Adam Noone and his team . They are all so nice and really care. They always got back to me right away when I had questions and explained things to me. Due to the nature of the property I was hoping to get, they ended up doing all the work for a conventional loan and then turning around and had to do it all over to satisfy FHA. I would have given up at a few turns in all this, but they kept working hard and were very positive and encouraging throughout the whole process. I actually closed on the purchase of my dream property! I am thrilled. Thank you Adam and Kaitlyn and Elainie!!!!!!!!!! And all the other people behind the scene. Thank you all so much!

  Ask for Adam Noone, or Kaitlyn Novack! Summit Funding helped make the loan process easy and enjoyable. I was pre qualified fast and everything Is done over the phone. It's awesome. If you think you can't do it, think again and contact summit Funding....Kris Danks will make sure the loan closes and then your on your way to owning a home. Good luck everyone

  Elainie and David made the funding process smooth and painless. They both went above and beyond what you would expect from their fields. Being good with numbers and having reliable software likely factored in as well. Having a continuous open communication channel allowed me to get them documentation they needed to make two escrow account transactions as easy as if we were working toward closing just one. Highly recommend them. Handle your responsibilities as a buyer or seller and they will take care of you.

  I'm not going to say my loan process went smoothly, but the team at Summit Funding was communicative and transparent through the entire process. What do you do when you move to a community that has NO bank appraisers? If you don't have a cash offer you wait...and we did...and it sucked. Summit Funding however didn't suck. Adam and Elainie went out of their way...every step...to ensure I was updated and appraised of the appraisal process. Even when there was no news...Elainie reached out with updates to put my mind at ease that I hadn't been forgotten. Thank you guys for your professionalism and personalized work. Pictured is the view they made possible for me to see daily.

  We have come back to Summit Funding 4 times now for purchases or refinancing. Adam is always willing to take them time to walk through scenarios and answer any questions. The staff is also very knowledgeable and on top of the communication, so you never feel like you don't know where you are in the process of the purchase. They make a potentially daunting process seem very simple.

  Adam Noone takes the time to get to know his clients and their situation during the pre approval process to make sure when he hands out a pre approval it is valid and the buyer is ready and able to actually purchase a home. Adam is always thorough during this process which gives my clients and I piece at mind when moving to the next step in the home buying process!
