  No customer service!!, tried to cash a check from US Bank, and they wanted to charge me $7, this was a company check and this is ridiculous.

  Do NOT do business with them. I have NEVER heard of a bank requiring a notarized copy of your lease agreement! They will Lock up an account without notification to the account holder!! In this day and age, somebody should have MADE A PHONE CALL! Account now closed! Going to a credit union!
