  When we moved to Post Falls from St Maries, I tried the BB branch in Hayden several times; not wanting to deal with the traffic, I looked for another branch and found the PERFECT branch in Liberty Lake! Christine and Ellie are the absolute best to work with: friendly, courteous, polite, helpful and so on. If there's one negative I would say, WAIT, there isn't one single negative to bring up!! If you want great service, go to the Banner Bank branch located in Liberty Lake!!

  This is the absolute BEST branch of Banner Bank in Spokane County. Both Ellie and Christine are rock stars. They always go above and beyond the call of duty and are extremely knowledgeable about their job and customers needs.

  Terrible bank. More of a mark against the overall bank thank this particular branch. The Liberty Lake branch was fine (actually quite professional by most marks) other than being unhelpful in any kind of resolution in getting a full ledger of my account and transactions at closing of my HELOC. Banner's loan dept. has ABSOLUTELY zero transparency and accountability with regards to their HELOC closing process. Absolute grade A boloney. If the discrepancy was more than what appears to be a few hundred dollars I would have taken legal action (almost did anyway, simply as a matter of principal). Also their website for online banking is atrocious. Bottom line... WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH BANNER AGAIN.

  Christine Allen is amazing. I was in a pickle and she did absolutely everything she could to help me. Went above and beyond her call of duty. Seriously the best bank and banker ever! Bar none the best customer service I’ve ever received.

  Amazing service every time I come into the branch. Their new employee Chase is rocking it and does an amazing job. All the lady's are always super friendly and nice to everyone I see walk in. Very helpful when I have questions or concerns.

  Love this branch..it has a very friendly vibe.. Tamara- Chris and Ellie are very professional, informative and helpful.. they always go above and beyond to help.. And they make the experience very easy and enjoyable I highly recommend them.. go in on Fridays and have some of their delicious home made cookies.. 😊
