  Shawn exceeded all expectations. He keeps you up to date on every aspect of the loan process, even if there are no updates.   I had a great experience with Shawn and his team. The initial rate and pricing he was able to offer was great. What I appreciated most about Shawn was how quickly he responded to my communications. When called, he picked up or returned my call within the hour. It was not uncommon to get an email or text response within minutes.
