  The team support at Summit Funding is incredible. The communication I had from Justin and the team is miles above every other lending experience in my 3 years in real estate. I got weekly calls, emails and video updates. Everyone was available to get me things in a very timely manor and I can't think of anyway it could have gone better. It was above and beyond what I expected. I am absolutely sending more clients to Justin and Summit Funding.

  Summit worked hard, quickly and was very responsive. When an agreement was given about the loan, and someone made an error in the paperwork, they stood by the original agreement. You can TRUST Summit, i.e. Levi and his team, to do the right thing. This refinance was completed from out of state, during the pandemic. I would go back to them without hesitation, if I needed to.

  Dave Kammerer and his team at Summit Funding Inc. were the best. They kept in touch with us throughout the lending approval process. They made the process easy to understand and complete. Chris Noble was outstanding to work with, helping us through each step of the process. The entire team was professional, courteous, and great to work with. Their customer service and customer communications were the best of any lender ever experienced. I would highly recommend Dave and Chris at Summit Funding Inc.
