  Robyn and her team helped us purchase our first home and we had an amazing experience. We were first time home buyers and they made the process as smooth as possible. We are now onto our second place, and even though Summit does not provide construction loans they have dedicated so much time and help to set us for success with permanent financing, following construction. They are always available for questions and my loan officer checks in often to make sure I’m always up to date on the current market. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

  We had a horrible experience back when the housing bubble burst in and around 2008-09... we were totally screwed around with at Bank of America for MANY years with a home loan modification process setup to fail. This put us into foreclosure and we didn't know if or when we could buy a house again... Robyn LaVassaur - Summit Funding was recommended by a friend as someone that may be able to get us back into owning a home again. Robyn and Lisa were amazing and made it possible for us to buy another house. They were so helpful with the process and made it very easy and smooth for us. We are SO thankful we found them, and was so impressed with their skills to help us navigate this horrible time in our lives. We will always remember them and recommend them to everyone we know.

  We were referred to Robyn and her team in 2015 by our realtor. We got such great advice from Robyn on all the things from how to quickly bring up our credit scores to get the best rate to all the options of the different loans. We've purchased three more homes since then and, for all three, a quick phone call before making an offer let us know they'd get the loan done for us and get us the pre-approval letter needed to make a solid offer. Not only does Robyn and her team do a great job with their loans but they are good people who get to know their clients and they support and give back to their community both with good deeds (like feeding hungry McKenzie Fire Fighters) and dollars (supporting good non-profits with their own dollars). Without exception, everyone I've referred to them has been delighted.

  My husband and I approached Summit Funding a few years ago to refinance our home and to consolidate some debts before we entered full retirement. My husband was approaching 80 years of age and we wanted to make our credit situation more manageable. Robyn, Lisa and the rest of the Summit team took us under their wings and we now only have our mortgage payment, (at a much better interest rate than we had), and utilities to pay each month. Their professionalism, kindness and diligence continue to be appreciated. Thank you, Summit Team!

  I still have such a warm spot in my life for Summit Funding after they helped me buy my first home during the height of the pandemic. I felt extremely supported, especially as a single, professional female, buying a home on my own. I gained so much insight and knowledge about the process from my Summit Funding contact, and I'd like to think that I gained a friend as well!   Robyn and her team are amazing. They helped me buy my first home in 2018, and the process couldn't have been easier. First and foremost, the communication was perfect.
