  Having only used other source prior to meeting Zach I was unsure how the process would work! The knowledge of the staff at Cetan is top notch and wonderful communication skills. Zach has been available every time I have needed to reach out to him for questions or changes to our projects! I cannot say enough about the professional attitude and can do mindset the Cetan holds! If you are looking for expand your portfolio using a solid company then call Zach or Mary and see how their business and can increase yours!

  I have done several deals with Cetan Funds (my rep is Zach Smith) as well as referred clients to them. My experience as well as my clients has always been top notch. The way they structure their loans, and the amount they lend and flexibility they offer in length and terms is the best I have found. But that is not even the best reason to work with them. They respond right away to any and all questions with informative and accurate information. They do what they say they are going to do and when they say it will be done. Believe me when I tell you that is not always the case with other lenders. Lastly, they keep you posted on transactions all they way from beginning to end. I highly recommend them. Roy Patt.   I was looking to purchase a 8-unit apartment complex in Klamath Falls that had deferred maintenance problems. Cetan fund was the right financing solution partner for me for this transaction. They were thorough, flexible and fast in their decision making process. Importantly, it was a pleasure working with Zach, and Mary (when Zach was on vacation). The bridge/rehab loan allowed me acquire the property and created value-add to the property. Within 9 months, I was able to complete the rehab of the apartment, increase occupancy to 100% from 50%, and refinance the Cetan loan to a conventional loan. I am deeply appreciative of the Cetan fund team.

  My partner and I dealt extensively with Mary when she was an institutional commercial banker and were always very pleased with her insightful knowledge and professionalism while still being very personable. So it was easy to want to deal with her again at Cetan Funds. I can't say enough good about her and Cetan. I've found them to be altogether wonderful to work with and have much appreciated their flexibility and ability to evaluate each project individually. I highly recommend them.

  Zach is professional and fast. He and his team are always ready to get things done quickly and efficiently. They helped me figure out how to structure my loan so that it made sense for my situation and were available if I had any questions.
