  Always a pleasure! This is our 3rd time working with Travis and team and they are amazing. He is honest, knowledgeable, and works so hard to ensure the process is as quick and smooth as possible. Even the lady at the title company stated that she gets excited when she gets to work with Travis & team because she knows the transaction will be seamless. Hands down the best team to work with!

  He was very patient and explained home buying to me and locked me into USDA loans which I never heard of which has good rates!! Thank you for the great team, the help and the hard work today (we got signed, registered, keys, and utilities all set up before everything closed for the holidays!!! you guys rock!!!

  Travis communicated not only with the two of us, but also our Real Estate Agent on a very regular basis. We communicated via email, text, & phone calls. Great customer service & he walked us through this process with his easy demeanor and explained everything very well. His Assistant Emily was terrific, pleasant, efficient & represented Travis & Academy Mortgage well. Even with COVID-19 restrictions & a Holiday - our home purchase went through in about 25 days with no "hiccups". Well done!

  Travis was great to work with. He always answered every phone call and email with answers in a timely manner and was always polite. If he didn't know the answer to something, he would tell you rather than make something up. I've already reccomend Travis to some family members and I reccomend him to your mortgage needs as well.

  My boyfriend and I searched for months for our first home. Travis at Academy Mortgage was recommended to us by our agent and we are so happy that we listened. Travis gave us a quick preapproval, let us know what we could comfortably afford and once we got our offer accepted, Travis made the process seem smooth and effortless- even though he was probably doing a lot on his end.   Good rates, closing fees were in line with the competition, home loan process was simple and efficient enough, and good customer service.   One of the cleanest and easy loan experiences I've ever had. Travis and the entire office staff were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and responsive to my many questions during this process. Travis worked hard to get me locked into a very good rate. Great job Academy!!
