  Everyone on the team is FANTASTIC!!! The communication in all areas of the process was great and they are all very nice. One thing that makes them stand out for us was the speediness of getting answers; details on the loan; approval letters to the several homes we put offers on was all very fast and much appreciated. They made everything easy and clear and they will be our Lenders for Life!

  Jim White at Summit funding is a star. He takes great pride in his work and cares for his clients. He helped us through two very time crunched mortgages and he worked tirelessly to get us over the line. His communication is incredible, always keeping us up to date and informed and regularly updating us on the status and any changes. Also I got a couple great loans from Summit, with great rates. I highly recommend Jim and the summit team.

  Thomas Freitag and Summit Funding have helped my clients obtain loans, when other agencies could or would not help them. In addition Thomas and his team are knowledgable, very communicative, friendly and timely. When there are bumps/delays they are quick to let me know and always ready with a solution.

  Thomas Freitag at Summit Lending is stellar to work with. Always calm, soothing, professional and friendly in his approach to both agents and their clients. He and his team have worked small miracles for my clients. They constanly communicate so we are always in the loop and are very "solutions oriented" in ways other lenders cannot seem to match. I have multiple clients who were unable to get approved or to close with other lenders who are now able to purchase a home (or have purchased a home) because of Summit and Thomas Freitag.

  Jeff Hall and his team remarkably made a home buying process enjoyable. I would recommend Jeff Hall and Summit Funding to anyone that wants a professional company on the buyers side. The way the documents were delivered for review was exceptional and organized. Follow up conversations made easy as Summit Funding was always available by either email or telephone to either provide detailed directions or providing necessary answers.

  This is.not my first purchase and I have refinanced during Covid so I do have a baseline. This summer has dealt me covid, school closures for my young children, base closure for my work, my father passed away, I’m in probate in 2 different states, the protest burnt the town next to me and it’s an election year. Given all of the above the purchasing of my vacation home was the worst experience of the above listed. Now I have to figure out who to pay as the first bill came with 7 days notice to mail in a check and no online payment option. This was sent to my primary residence while visiting the home just purchased. So by the time I opened it then I’ll was past due And that bill was sent 19 days after closing along with attached letter saying to pay someone else. Needless to say I do not recommend.

  When it came to buying our house, they were very helpful, especially when it came to getting them paid... We were happy with them, and made EVERY payment on time for over a year, THEN we found out we could get a lower Mortgage through another company, and here's where the problems started. All of a sudden, they stopped returning calls and are even currently trying to double charge our current payment, as if that's not the worst of it, their website won't allow us to pay anything BUT the full double amount, and not what we ACTUALLY owe. This company WAS great, and now they seem to be punishing us for finding lower payments through another company.
