  Desiree was great to work with! She was very quick to respond to any questions that I had, and figured out what would work best for me for my mortgage. The lending process through summit funding was available to complete online which was a huge plus to not have to try to drop paper work off after work or after kids activities. I would recommend and will use them again for any future mortgage lending.

  Very professional service with amazing response time. Was able to process paperwork incredibly fast, allowing us to close our house in 3 weeks. Would have been sooner had it not been for delays outside of their control. Would greatly recommend to anyone. Fantastic service!

  Thanks to Michael's knowledge in the lending industry, I can always rest assured my clients are in good hands. Especially first time buyers, because Michael and his team, explain the process from start to finish putting everyone at ease. And who doesn't love that?! But because of this customer service he delivers, much of his business tends to be based on referrals, and repeat clients. He makes getting a loan seem easy, see for yourself!

  Mike Content and staff were amazing to work with. Our Realtor, Margeley Bernal, introduced us and everything went smoothly and made our home buying experience amazing.   My wife and i have been waiting for Chad to get back to us for over a week now . As a first time home buyer you want to work with reliable and trust worthy company and people but from our experience we would rather take our business else where. Even if it will take a few short months to do. This company ran my wife's credit, took her personal information bank statements, w2, pay stubs, etc... to ignore us in the end because we bring no value until we pay off a couple of credit cards. I do not recommend this company

  We could not be any happier! We just closed the transaction for our Modesto home on 12/26/2017. We made an offer at the beginning of December and wanted to close before the end of the year. With a smile, Mike told me we would. Mike and his Team delivered what I call a "Customer Experience". Fast, Efficient, On Time, Painless, Thorough, and most of all, PROFESIONAL and empathetic to our needs at every step of the process. (we signed papers on a Saturday and 7:00AM) Thank you Mike and Team.
