  I TOOK MY MOTHER TO MEET WITH RACHAEL TO OBTAIN A LOAN. SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL, EXPLAINED THE DOCUMENTS AND TERMS OF THE LOAN IN DETAIL, AND ISSUED A CHECK THE SAME DAY.   I had such a great experience!. Rachel was the best! Made it so easy and she was very professional and friendly! She worked around my schedule and made sure it worked for me. Very pleasant to talk to over the phone. I'd definitely recommend them to family and friends!

  So impressed with Rachel at Mariner Finance, she made the process so easy and stress free! She worked hard to get us approved very quickly and was very friendly, professional, and personable! She even worked overtime to make it happen for us! Highly recommend her and Mariner as this was such an easy and seemless process and the money was in our account then next business day! I've already started telling one of friends looking for a loan about Rachel at Mariner!

  Rachel at Mariner Finance was outstanding! Not only was she very professional, she was very friendly and engaging. She made what could have been a very stressful experience into a very pleasant one. I would definitely recommend Mariner Finance, and specifically Rachel for anyone in need of their services. Follow up review: Once again Rachel came through for me. There are two things that really stress me - money, and phone calls, Rachel managed to help me through both, and went above and beyond in her friendliness, and how she was able to help me.

  I want to say that Mariner Finance on McHenry Ave in Modesto is a great place to take care of your financial needs. What a great place. My expirience was beyond good from the initial phone call from Will and Rachel to the in office appointment which was taken care of by Rachel. Very professional, and they took care of business. Not only was the process simple but it was quick. I walked out with a check in my hand on top of bonus gifts just for accepting a loan. Please give this place your business and watch as they earn it. I guarantee you will be happy. The bonus gifts are a really cool program. Call them and inquire.....you'll see.

  I was told by the manager that due to me being a loyal customer with a perfect history with them that I was approved for 3500 dollars. I went through the whole process just to be told at signing that I will only receive 2000. I feel like I was baited into a refinance that was not true. I am extremely disappointed because I have had nothing but great experiences with this company until now. I hope someone from this company will read this and make it right, if not I plan to pay this off ASAP and never do business with this company again. I will also let others know my experience with them as well.

  Rachel was great.She had everything ready to go.Rachel got me the loan I wanted at a much lower rate than quoted. And signing was super fast and easy 25 minutes and I was out the door with check in hand.Thank you Rachel
