  I've had nothing but good experiences with Summit Credit Union and recommend them to anyone. At this particular branch, I went to get pre-approved for a car loan back in 2016. I worked with Jesus and he was amazing. He even told me to call him if I had any questions while I was at the dealership. Turns out I did have questions, which he answered quickly and was a great resource to have through the process. He helped me negotiate the best financing I could get for my new car. It's wild that I've almost paid it off now.

  I had such a wonderful experience with Jesus. He was so kind and was reassuring of all my questions and concerns I’ve had ever since this critical time in age. He was personal which was very comforting and offered very helpful advice. I highly recommend him if not at least this bank.   The absolute best place to bank in Madison. Extremely friendly, polite, professional staff. The day I came in to open an account I was in somewhat of a hurry as I needed to catch a bus in 30 minutes to get to work. The "CS Rep" who handles new account setups was on her way out the door about to go to lunch. I said I would just come back tomorrow but she took it upon herself to postpone her lunch meeting just to help me. That is going above and beyond in my opinion - especially because she was meeting someone for that lunch. The whole setup process was great and went quick and I am completely happy with the end results. All my banking needs are taken care of and I havent had a single issue yet as I have had with other banks/accounts. If you are looking for safe reliable banking with amazing service, you've found it!

  Every time I go here the staff is very friendly. The lobby is always clean and inviting. The drive thru staff are prompt and polite. I've had nothing but good experiences here.

  That's unfortunate to hear, Sie. Our personal teller machines are staffed by people who care about your banking needs just as if they were standing in front of you. They can help members at multiple locations, which lowers costs for the credit union and allows us to give back more to our members.
