The daily frustration with one of the worst online banking websites outweighs every possible positive thing about Summit Credit Union. There is always something! It is constantly super slow. It asks you to answer questions that have only one answer -- every time you need to go to Bill Payer it asks you to select an account. Why in the world are you asking me this every time -- THERE IS ONLY ONE AVAILABLE!!! There used to be some kind of password manager integration which was not very good, but now, after the last update, it is even worse. And, Dear me Summit Credit Union, "Sign Out" is not the same as "Go Back". Beware, everyone, if you think you signed out after clicking the "Sign Out" button on the Bill Pay page, you can not be more wrong. That does not actually sign you out, it simply sends you back to the Online Branch page. So if you think you are safe after clicking that button and you confidently step away from your computer, think twice! Very secure, Summit, NOT! Who is doing your website, some 80-year old retiree? Please hire some teenagers to do that, they will do a much better job!

I have been with this bank for over 5 years and until recently, I've been pleased with them. Now I started a new job and have to wait for my first check yet my account is -$200 when I had a $70 insurance bill come through, with no money in it yet. Don't bank here!!!! Terrible customer service over the phone as well.

Summit is a great place to do your banking. We have used them for mortgages, auto loans, saving, and checking. Their rates are better than banks and their fees are a lot lower too.

I like Summit Credit Union except when I have to call them. Long wait times and being transferred all over the place.

Often seems like their associates need help with everything. Not impressed.
