  We had an absolutely horrible experience with the Trust Department in Kansas City. The trust officer, Christine, was less than professional and difficult to work with. She overstepped her bounds while seeming to ignore her actually responsibilities. The best service we received was after escalating our concerns to leadership; the bank resigned the trust voluntarily.

  We were cold called by a salesman from this company only to be lied to and mislead about floor planning for a used car dealership! After completing an application and submitting docs it quickly went downhill! This bank had all the info needed to make a decision before running credit but still proceeded on doing so! We provided every item asked of us and were presented with a proposal with full terms etc... only to be told a few weeks later we didn’t qualify based on the documents submitted to them before the proposal. It seemed like they were new in this space and need to work on internal procedures and policies so a future potential client won’t get their time wasted!

  I've known my bankers at First Business Bank for over 23 years and can't say enough good things about them. They have always been very helpful and professional. They always treat me like a person - not a number. They came through for me on one rough occasion when we had to get the numbers to work and all went well. Nothing is worth more than a great working relationship when you have a good reputation and can be trusted by your bankers - so I am their customer for life. I highly recommend them - 5+ stars.

  First Business Bank is the best business banking institution that I have ever worked with. Their people are friendly and incredibly helpful. While they have the resources and reach of a "big" bank, they bring a small bank attitude for customer service and knowing the needs of their customers. If you are evaluating business banks, I strongly recommend that you check out First Business.

  Never send invoices. They can however send an invoice with a late fee on it. Also no one answers the customer support number.
