  Great credit union with branches all over Madison and increasing numbers in Milwaukee. Everyone I've encountered has been kind and helpful. Their app and website both work with little trouble.

  I have given them every opportunity to correct some MAJOR client service errors. Primarily unfocused communication errors, say they will return calls and don't (even from "top level" associates) very poor online portal, poor email followup, Indifferent staff, as in "did you have an appt" every time I asked even a basic question, long waits in lines. I have banked with 4 other banks in this town (business & personal for over 35 years) and been with 1 other credit union and never had this kind of service ever! I was lured in by their teaser rate HELOC thinking someday I might move my business accounts there. Won't happen, no way I could never take that chance and I will be refinancing to leave them ASAP as the cheap rate came with very substandard service. I had much higher hopes as they are close by.

  Thank you 'Team Rina' for getting me through a mortgage situation these last few weeks that had a few major challenges (from my end). Much appreciated! Applause!! My family, as we move to the Madison area, will be using other banking services at Summit.

  The online banking App is nice when it works. However, it’s hit or miss. In today’s world, consumers expect better... Update, the app seems to have been greatly improved. Thanks for listening to customer feedback.

  Don’t go here . They won’t help you. I waited in a very packed line of cars - 10 min of waiting . When it was my turn I drove up and put the needed things in and closed the container. I sent it and then it came back with 3 things falling out of the container . It was a mess and a waste of my time. The stuff fell all over my lap and between the seat . I couldn’t get out or open the door so I had to leave . This is now the second time this location wouldn’t do anything- customer service needs help

  There are some people who are just at their jobs because it's easiest for them, and there are people who really enjoy their jobs. I have experienced both at summit. But, the credit union is absolutely great. I would like longer hours on the weekend especially.

  Bret in the loan/sales on the phone was so Unbelievably rude and extremely unhelpful. I had to keep asking the same questions and kept getting his attitude and no answers... I've never ever have issues with the loan or front desk ever--- Bad day maybe? But your job is to explain what i don't understand-- such bad customer service :(

  Only one car ahead of me in driveup and it was a very short wait. Friendly greeting and quick accurate turnaround.

  i went in and was nervous about a direct deposit but Connor was great he is a awesome listener and he explains everything great just great service summit is the best recommended going to Connor for anything
