  Ben was great! He even let us “borrow” the car to see if it fit our family needs. Negotiations went well and we felt like our needs were met. It’s our 3rd car from here, great customer service.

  Would have given 5 ☆☆ but the vehicle was supposed to be detailed and have air conditioning fixed before we took it home. Now we have to return later in the week to have this done and we live an hour and a half away. Otherwise, great vehicle and staff was amazing in the sales department.

  Went in for an oil change since I bought my car from them. The technician snapped the coolant tube when they were replacing the air filter. They didn't have the part since they're a kia shop and I brought in a Toyota. But as far add I can gather, they didn't actually place the order until three days later. They tried their best to make the situation better, giving me a rental while my car was in the shop, paid for the gas I put into the rental, and filled up my car's tank as well. It just bode well when "it'll be 45 minutes" turns into "it'll be about a week and a half".

  My sales man, David Leong was great. But first the manager appraised the wrong (meaning not mine) car for trade-in and almost gave me a heart attack and the finance guy was pretty obnoxious trying to hard sell additional warranty/gap insurance and got kind of cranky when I said"no". Three times. But credit for perseverance. Overall, I'm quite pleased with my experience and my new car.

  Here is what i've seen so far ! The employees at Russ Darrow are always helpful sitting in the lounge today everybody who walked by smiled and said hi. I have been in to service 3 times now. It is constantly very convenient to get in and out. The service has still been beneficial. The staff has always been respectful they put my vehicles needs along with my has to do with first. My Husband and i will bring my motorcar here for a long time.

  Jonathan was very helpful and listened to what I wanted. Him and his team worked quickly and efficiently to get us in and out fast! I would definitely recommend this location!

  Great service team! Friendly, fast and always have appointments available. We have a dealership 5 minutes from our house, but I drive 30-45 minutes (depending on traffic) to take my car to Russ Darrow. I won't got anywhere else.

  After careful consideration I have decided to re-write my review . I have never been as disappointed in a company and their core values as I am with RossDarrow Kia . Buying our vehicle was super smooth and efficient however the last few weeks I’ve been waiting on something simple to have a key faub made and I’m done with empty the promises I’m done waiting I’m done having my time wasted! My husband and I have been more than accommodating while waiting but as a busy working mom I don’t have time for empty lies and promises ! I have never been more disappointed with a big purchase love my vehicle but I will never have good things to say about Ross Darrow again . I have a call out to set up an appt with another dealership here in Madison who was more than willing to get this done for me this week and understands that my time is valuable .If this 5th and final chance to get us in today fails . Now for a company that prides themselves on reviews and customer service I hope you’re reading this and it should come as no surprise how disappointed we are ! Deeply disappointed all of your team should take note . No one on your team is keeping your customer promises or ensuring things get done in a timely manor .

  The agency I work for has over 20 vans and we get them serviced at Russ Darrow. The manager in the service department is Joe, and he is very helpful and getting me in at short notice and the work is always done on time and is to my satisfaction. I also deal with Jake in the body shop who is just as professional. I definitely recommend this dealership for service.

  Do not do business with this place. Especially if you are a first time car buyer. My daughter purchased a vehicle here and we had arranged to have her car traded in. Our salesman, David, told us one of the guys in the office wanted to purchase her car as a winter vehicle. I incorrectly made the assumption these people would not take advantage of her and I was very very wrong. She received a check for the car but they did not return her license plate nor provide her with a bill of sale to prove the vehicle is no longer in her possession. However, since they did not do ANY of this we cannot prove the car was sold so we are being fined for not carrying insurance on a vehicle one of their associates purchased. THEY SHOULD KNOW ALL OF THIS. Now, the associate who purchased the vehicle no longer works there and we are getting the run around. They will take advantage of your inexperience and will not follow the proper procedures to protect you. DO not have any dealings with these people. Very disappointed and since I reside in North Carolina I have no easy way to have them uphold their responsibilities.
