  We did a boat loan and refinance my auto loan. Lauren, the branch manager for the High Point location has been great and extremely helpful for getting our loans closed. We are extremely happy with the service she has provided for both my husband and I.

  You don’t know what help you can get until you ask!! I’ve been a member for awhile and I have never utilized the resources that are offered completely FREE! I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Courtney Weber at the westchester branch and she was very patient in explaining things to me and helped me to know where I stand and where to go from here!

  The process was quick and simple they even helped me though an issue I had with the 3rd party receiving payment. I’ve been to summit 2 times now with quick turnaround and very professional help. Thank you High Point team. Highly recommend.

  The African American female teller I don’t know her name is very antisocial. She does not greet you and does not respond after you great her. And when she does she responds with an attitude & mumbles. This has happened on multiple occasions so I would give a 1 star for her 2 stars for location convenience. I opened at Summit location in Greensboro never had no problems there.
