  I love my branch And the Winston branch Ms.Cathy and the wonderful tellers at the high point branch are Always nice and kind and makes sure they focus on your every need and concern. Ms.Karyn at the Winston branch is also very nice and kind and handles things in a very Timely manner. I have been with this credit union for many years and have not had any issues with banking, loans, or just needing general information.The people of these branches have truly been. Blessing in my life...THANK YOU🌹💗

  Excellent credit union. High Point office is helpful and friendly. Was able to lower interest rate on car loan. Very easy to do. The line goes pretty quickly, ita a busy little place.

  Cathy was amazing at getting me a car loan , she was very helpful , knew what needed to be done and fast tracked the whole process thank you so much Members Credit Union if there was 10 stars I would give Members a hundred stars of satisfaction

  Overall the branch is good but the costumers service on this location the worse!! It had me feeling a little discriminated!

  Horrible bank and service! Manager Cathy at the branch, very poor customer service and Amy the teller pretty much insulted my mom and sister. On numerous time they see that my mother speaks very little english and always take advantage of her. Every wire transfer we ever made they NEVER gave us a receipt for the transaction. We got 2-3 people at home counting the money 3 times everytime we deposit or transfer large amount of money and everytime she get there they always say that she 100-200 short of the amount. Yet, they dont have a money counting machine on site. Very unsatisfy with their service and will never bank with them again, cancel the account and took out 28,000. But they only gave us 26 because of an overdraft fee that was made on their behalf when they wire 11,000 instead of 4,000! So yes I will take this case on very seriously and call corporate first, than I will hire an attorney for this case. If I have to put out a little more to expose this crooked bank I will be happy to do so!

  Absolutely fantastic to work with. The interest rate vs. the bank was so much lower and I had my loan within the hour.
