      As I was asking about a piece of jewelry she took it and changed the price right in front of me and refused to let me test it to see if they were real diamonds. There are so many more pawn shops in high point please don't waste your time going to this one they are so crooked and dirty.

      The workers are rude and talk to the customers any type of way, when I call to ask simple questions, being nice, the worker hangs up in my ear, how rude!!

      If I could give them no stars, I would. Nice people but their products are terribly overpriced. Pay close attention to model numbers, I payed over $40+ more for a used product that was labeled the incorrect model number. Terrible.

      Honestly worst experience I've ever had in a pawn shop, and I'm a pawn shopper lol... staff was not knowledgeable of merch. Tried to charge me double original price of item. Then when I asked to haggle the woman was extra rude and evasive...customer care should definitely be practiced.

      Thank you so much to the great staff at USA Pawn. Joe and Chris did an amazing job by assisting me with the purchase of my first gun. Joe was very knowledgeable and helped me figure out the best gun for my needs. By far the best shopping experience and I would highly recommend them. These guys are the best!

      People stay clear of this place, I had a pawn in there store for some time, and wanted to make a single payment, and was forced to pay for everything else that was in there, they are theifs and liarers and will over charge u, DON'T WAITS YOUR TIME STAY CLEAR OF THEM.......
