  I had a awesome experience with Summit Credit Union. Michael Hines was awesome. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. He was kind, professional and caring. I received exceptional service. I would recommend him if you are looking for someone to partner with you for your next loan or refinance loan.

  I did not realize how much of a benefit can be with being a member of a credit union. This was one of the best decisions I made for my family and myself. The personal credit analysis class that I took with Ms. Lindy was educational and informative. I think everyone should receive a personal credit analysis session with her. Ms. Lindy is AWESOME!!!!

  I want to thank the Summit Credit Union, Dirk Spainhour, and especially Michael Hines. I did not really think that I would ever be able to obtain a loan to purchase a home of my own. However, the Summit Credit Union helped to make that dream a reality. Dirk started me off and then Michael Hines was assigned as my loan processor. I knew very little about the process of purchasing a home but he helped to educate me on all of the steps I needed to go through. He was pleasant and understanding of my worries and frustrations. He was patient and explained things in a way that I could understand them. He helped to calm my nerves about the process. He helped me without ever being negative and always provided options. I would definitely recommend the Summit Credit Union, Dirk Spainhour, and definitely Michael Hines to anyone who needs help with purchasing a home.

  I have been a Summit member for almost 10 years. Last year my teenage daughter started driving and I was looking to add them to my auto policy. The insurance company I was with at the time quoted me a policy for well over $5k for a six month policy. I started to shop around for the best quote & reached out to Summit as I remembered they offered insurance options. From the first time I spoke to Vickie Hill I knew I was in good hands. She took the time to go over what I had in my current policy to ensure, at the minimum, I had what was in my current policy or better. Went through discounts to see if I was eligible for additional savings. Vickie took all my information and called back later that day with a quote that saved me thousands of dollars. As a single mother, this made a huge difference for me and helped me ensure my newly licensed driver was covered. I appreciate Vickie’s thoroughness and due diligence with assisting me. I had several questions during this process as I had been with my previous insurance company for several years. She took the time to answer each question & even followed up to ensure what was said was understood. She is a true gem & takes care of her customers. Thank you Vickie!

  Buying a home can be difficult for anyone especially now. This was our first home purchase and Michael made the process as easy as it could be. My wife and I are thrilled with how easy he made this entire process. He called and emailed us regularly and made us feel that he was there to get it done as quickly and easily as possible. We are happy with our purchase and the help from him and Summit.

  Soooo last week I had a small situation arise with my account...long story short...I spoke with the member service rep named “Michaela” who was beyond patient with me & extremely attentive. She took time to get clarity & did not rush me nor did she act as if I was a bother(very rare these days)..less than an hour later I was contacted by “Patrice” in accounting who thoroughly explained what my options were & she also was extremely patient & kind! These two ladies deserve to be recognized for their exceptional customer service skills & pleasant personalities!!! Thank you again ladies for bringing my stress levels ALL THE WAY DOWN!!!
