  We recently worked with Summer to get our home loan and her industry knowledge, professionalism and dedication to helping us throughout the process was amazing! We had SO many questions and she took the time to explain each step and always went above and beyond to make us feel like family. One of the houses we made an offer on had foundation repairs, which was something I knew very little about but Summer helped us navigate through all the expert and legal jargon. We ended up going with another house (better layout) and she worked seamlessly to transfer the loan to the new property. If you are looking for a loan officer, look no further because Summer is a smart, passionate and hard working power house!

  It was so great working with Summer and her team. This is our second time working with her and both transactions have been flawless. She is always quick to respond to any needs or questions I have, no matter the time of day. She was there for us on our closing days and saw it to the end to ensure there were no issues that needed to be resolved. She is so timely and always helpful. We wouldn’t close on a house with anyone else. If you want to purchase a home or an investment property, I highly recommend her!

  I extremely recommend Summer and her staff as your lender. We started our process in August and closed in December. It had nothing to do with her or her staff. We filled out our application which was a lot easier than most and then Summer contacted me and explained how the procesed worked. Then Summer gave me her Assistant Summer George. My realtor Connie Nelson mentioned calling her Summer 2.0 which made sense for the fact that both names are called Summer, so we started calling her Summer 2.0 . We was always informed of anything about the house we bought and I wouldn't trade them in for the world. They are best and if anyone is looking to get pre-approved or approved for a home loan then I strongly suggest you go through Guardian Mortgage. They walked us through every option we had, made sure we were going in the right direction with what we felt comfortable with, and then worked diligently to close us quickly once we made a decision. Everything was so smooth, even though we ran into a few problems - they made sure we had everything we needed to work through them.
