  I have enjoyed the services of Veronica Mitchell at Guaranty Bank for five mortgages over the last few years. I have always been extremely happy with the response, efficiency and ease of doing business with Veronica and Guaranty Bank. Even after communicating with other lenders for comparison of costs and terms I have always found Veronica at Guaranty Bank gave me the best. Extremely happy with Veronica Mitchell at Guaranty Bank!   Great local Bank. I have had great Banking experience with them.   I called to ask if I could get change for a cash box for a consignment sale. About $120. I spoke to a sweet lady named Pam who was more than accommodating. Upon driving up to the drive thru, Pam was waiting for me. And she knew exactly what I needed. Her customer service skills were great, she worked quickly and got me on my way. Thank you Pam! If I didn't have a bank already and lived closer to a Guaranty Bank, I would switch.

  Veronica M. and her team were fantastic in providing guidance while purchasing a home from a private party. We actually closed on two homes in different cites only a few weeks apart.   What an excellent bank! I was greeted with a hug, completed my transaction without filling out any paperwork, and had a hug before I left. During the visit we discussed holiday plans, children, and grandchildren. On the way out, I got a cup of coffee and a cookie fresh out of the oven. The visit really started my day off with a smile. I've used a lot of banks in my 73 years, but none have come close to my experiences at the WD Fitch branch of Guaranty!

  Great service today by young female teller. I needed to replace torn money our dog destroyed, and though I expected s series of insulting questions I was asked merely if I was a customer and when I said yesI was given new money to replace the torn., I was prepared for all kinds of unpleasantness and ready to withdraw savings and try another bank, but was wonderfully surprised. Well done Guaranty!
