  Jordan & Marguerite are awesome to work with! We have used them twice - for our first home purchase and then a refinance two years later. Both experiences were seamless. Jordan is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to formatting loans & helps you truly figure out which loan type/program is best for your situation. Marguerite is THE BEST at keeping the process moving without any issues and staying organized. By the end of your loan, you will miss getting to work with them. I am a real estate agent and also refer them to all my clients and friends/family. They have never let me down when it has come to getting a transaction closed on time. When someone asks me "who would you recommend?" its a no brainer for me to send them to The Monroe Team!

  The Monroe team was so helpful throughout the process of purchasing our home.
