Saiprasad Venkataramani5Pleased with the service. They do complementary car wash and inside vacuuming. Staff is friendly. Manager goes over all issues and repairs at the end which is pretty useful. Wait time for simple oil & filter change and tire rotation can vary anywhere between 45 minutes to one and half hours.

B K5We just had our Outback serviced today. Could not have had a better experience. Dean Erbes in Service was great. From check in to check out he took care of us and made sure we were welcome and settled while we waited for the car. Above and beyond; he even gave us information on restaurants in the local area we were not familiar with. Highly recommend Subaru of Dayton and Dean in Service.

Desiree Jones2Long story short, I was given a warranty on a used car and it conveniently did not cover the cost of my battery which died a little over three months later. I was told that it would cover virtually everything, except that. I was not happy to have to drop $150 on a battery for a car that I'm still paying for. It's bad enough I waited hours (which is common when I go there) to be told that the battery was dead (which we were already aware of). Furthermore, when I bought the car, I was given the run around about my loan approval, and I was told a couple different amounts that I would pay for the car monthly. Though the salesman seemed nice enough, I am unimpressed with my experience overall.

stanga371I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership. Upon arriving at the dealership, I informed the salesman that I was not looking to purchase a vehicle right away, but rather trying to gather some information. I would like to upgrade my car I the near future and one of the cars I was interested in was the Crosstrek. I wanted to see the car in person and test drive the car to make sure that I truly liked it. A friend joined me to the dealership, as she was also interested in possibly upgrading to a Subaru in the near future. The salesman seemed annoyed almost instantly by the fact that we weren't looking to buy right away and was completely unfriendly toward us. He asked what kind of car each of us was looking for, took our license, and then came back with the car. The trouble was, he didn't even talk to us about which model of the car we were looking at or which level of technology. He brought out a base model of the car when I have been looking at the higher end models, so truly this was not what I was hoping to see at all. He said that we could drive the car I was looking at and when we got back he would have the car that my friend was looking at. When we returned he was nowhere to be found and we stood around and waited for a while. When he did come out to provide the keys for the other car he did so while talking on the phone. The whole experience bothers me because based on the car that I got to look at and the service that I received, I have no interest in purchasing a Subaru any longer, despite the fact that I was pretty excited to see the features that Subaru had to offer. Additionally, I can guarantee that I will never make a return trip to this dealership or recommend it to anyone. I get it, you want to make the sale. But I need to know what I'm getting before I hand over my money...better customer service could have gotten you my business.
