PrettyCurly &Kennedy1Horrible horrible experience as a tenant and I would never recommend dealing with Coldwell Banker Heritage. Communication with them is horrible. Anytime I had a maintenance issue they were so hard to get in touch with and sometimes they never returned my call or I would have to blow them up. Secondly, I moved out and left my property clean and was told I would get my deposit back and after waiting a month and calling leaving several messages, I was told cleaning fees took my entire $600 deposit and I wouldn’t receive any thing. Now I’m waiting on them to send me the list of “charges” that are up my funds. When I moved in this property it was managed by another company and the moment Coldwell took over and started managing it it was so bad that I decided not to renew my lease and gracefully move. All for them to take my deposit I rightfully deserve I have pictures of the property so I know for a fact it was in good condition. Brett has never once called me back and his assistant is poor with communication too. DONT waste your time

Caleb Tyson5Ed was extremely pleasant to work with. If there were every any questions he knew the answers or knew where to get them. He was also very responsive to all comments and questions during the buying and selling of our home. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Ed.

David Vernotzy1Worst property managers ever. They're mean they're evil and they like to up your rent every chance they get. The lady that runs my apartment complex is very mean and evil I've been here 8 years they just bought the place and now she's trying to get rid of me up charging my rent and not fixing anything. Do not rent from Coldwell banker heritage.

C K5Ms. Grasser went above and beyond for us! We are a military family and depended on her to do walk throughs and give honest up front feedback on properties that we were interested in. She always responded to questions promptly and was willing to answer all questions! We will definitely be passing her name on to other military families!

the gill1I have tried to get in contact with this realtor on many occasions. I had email, called, texted and left numerous messages with them. With absolutely no response. I have put in applications on 3 separate properties of their and was never contacted. The application fee was $40 each application and I applied for me and my husband so that's $240. They website states that if you're application is not opened or viewed before someone else's is approved They will refund the application fee you paid. But I never received one. They have wonderful properties but seems nobody want to do their job.

Randy Cass1Pretty horrific as a rental company. If you're looking at this group for managing a property or renting from them, run the other direction. I've rented with multiple corporate and private landlords, and Coldwell Banker has been far and beyond the worst tenant experience of my life. Do you enjoy continually paying money for ignored (major) maintenance requests and zero accountability/responsibility from your landlord? Even after you ask nicely... again... and again... and again? I'm a reasonable renter, but having to wait months with no resolution in sight and only hear excuses (or hear nothing at all) of is far outside my scope of reasonable. Counting down the days until I can get the heck out of here and take my hard-earned, (always) on-time rent checks to a company that actually earns them and values me as a tenant (and at the very least, a human being). Under no circumstances would I recommend to anyone – poor value, not professional, not responsive. But if they respond to this review, at least we can all laugh at the irony of it.

Clay Javid2I had Coldwell Banker manage my property for several years while I had to move away for work. Right from the beginning there were problems. My property was listed as having 1000sqft less than it actually had. I ended up having to write the listing myself and forward a draft. I should have found another company then and there. There would be annual maintenance items that I would request and often times it would take 2-3 months for a request to be fulfilled. Once I demanded to see an invoice of the company sent to service my property and I couldn't even find them on google. Eventually I was able to call the service company and asked why the invoice had a different company name than the one printed on the invoice. I was told that the maintenance company used a different name for property management due to their own company's low rating on google. Problems with tenants were handled poorly and I was treated like I was being a hassle. A dog that was not allowed on the lease was continually allowed and not noticed by Brett even when I did a walk through with him in person. Several unauthorized modifications were made to my home and they were not noticed. My yard had turned into a dandelion factory. Eventually towards the end even my monthly owner invoices were not correct. I would get an invoice stating that I would receive one amount and then receive a deposit for another amount. This happened several times before I eventually gave up on Coldwell Banker and transferred management to another company. This company from what I understand used to have a great reputation for property management. I am sad to say my experience was anything but great. It appears that they are managing far too many properties with not enough staff. They are routinely disorganized and did not have the attention to detail that I expected out of a property management company.

Rachel Kessie1Like others have said, this rental company does not make repairs. It has been months on end, and major appliances and plumbing issues in my apartment have not been addressed. Office staff promises updates that they don't provide; emails and service tickets go unanswered. Never have I had this many issues getting a work order filled. I'm currently going through the process of escrowing my rent to the court because I won't pay another penny to a company who can't hold up their end of a rental agreement. Would you want to pay to live in a place where things aren't fixed and continue to fall into disrepair?
