  Andrew was not only generous but extremely helpful today. He went over all the details, answered all my questions and repeated anything I asked him too. This was beyond great customer service because I am currently experiencing difficulties from a traumatic brain injury from May of this year and Andrew all advised on how I can get help with my Private Loans as well. He made this process not only easy but enjoyable with his lighthearted approach and great personality. It was a pleasure to work with him and receive such a great opportunity to get my finances back on track. Thanks so much! I will be recommending Andrew and Student Loan Services US to my friends and family.

  I am writing due to having one of the best customer service experiences of my life! I initially talked to Annie (don’t know last name) who was incredibly helpful and friendly. Annie connected me to Jenny McAdams based on the person who referred me. Jenny was incredibly patient, understanding, and thoroughly answered all my questions. In the end she was able to find me a great plan to work with my current circumstances. I could not be happier with Jenny McAdam’s assistance (and Annie’s) throughout this process. They were incredibly knowledgeable and gave well beyond satisfactory answers to all my questions. I believe Jenny even stayed after her shift to assist me and answer questions!!!!! My experience with SLS was great! I will be sure to spread the word about the service I received. To whoever read this you have two great employees!!!!!

  I think the people who are giving the 1 star reviews calling Student Loan Service a scam are confused. There is another company called Student Loan Services (see the added s there?) that is a scam and does all the things they mention. Been with Student Loan Service for about 2 years now and they have saved me well over 2k a year and I am on a forgiveness plan that forgives my loans after X amount of payments towards my servicer FedLoan. Well worth signing up with them and everyone I have ever spoken to were nice and seem to really want to help you out with this burden many of us live with now.

  I talked to Shannon first and she was more than willing to help me anyway she could. She was very kind and has wonderful customer service skills. She then transferred me to Josh and he also went over and beyond to help me. I'm a single mother of three so he really went out of his way to get this going for me and put me on the payment plan that was right for my income and situation. Service customer skills we're the best. I had called everyone to help me with my student loans, even the Department of Education, and they would just continue to refer me to someone else, and then that person would refer me to someone else.....but not Josh and Shannon....they are actually going to help me!! Thank you both!!! I give you both 5 STARS!!!

  I was just saying to Yesenia, a young lady who helped me today on behalf of her coworker who was not available (but is also very awesome!!), that I have been looking to consolidate my loans for a long time. I have talked to numerous companies and this is the only one that made me feel comfortable and informed well enough to go through with it. Every member of the team from beginning to end has answered my questions thoroughly and with great detail. I think that they know their programs inside and out, and if they have questions they know who to ask on their team to get fast responses. On top of it all, everyone sounds friendly and helps to make a very stressful and often very difficult time in a persons life much easier. Financial stress can really effect a person on many levels, having this company and it's many wonderful employees take on the task of helping toward financial stability, WOW!!, it means a lot!   Over the top excellent customer service. Stefon went the extra mile today to assist me in my current financial hardship status. Because of Stefon's assistance today, I will have the opportunity to continue my education, and contact the correct resources to complete the process for programs available, and what would benefit me best for my circumstance,life and budget at this time. You are very fortunate to have someone like Stefon on your team. He is very professional, courteous, knowledgable, and informative. I will recommend this service and Stefon to family and friends of mine. I can tell by his mannerism that he enjoys what he does, and he makes sure that he has answered any questions or concerns you may have before the phone call is completed.   This company keeps harassing me on daily basis with different numbers. Sometimes leaving me with voicemails that they are finalizing my loan. That would be impossible seeing how I never started a loan nor do I have any student debt. I am on the federal do not call list and have repeatedly asked to be put on their blocked list. Now they send me texts as well. I've requested over the phone their name, company number and address which they could not provide an address. SCAM WRITTEN ALL OVER IT. LEAVE ME ALONE.

  Molly is a great person to work with! I am so relieved that she was able to help me get my student loans under control because I was sure I would never be able to pay them off. I can sleep better knowing everything is taken care of!

  FedLoan was horrible and Yesenia was working on a SECOND conference call with me. After I demanded to speak to the FedLoan rep's manager and complain of their nasty service, Yesenia then asked all the right questions of the FedLoan manager. Reassured me that she'd handle the Sallie Mae phones calls I was receiving daily. She did wonderfully.

  Student Loan Service.US or SLS is a scam. They are not affiliated with the Department of Education and have no influence in lowering the rate of the student loan. They initially told me that they service the loan and need to charge me $5/month as long as the loan is current. This is a lie. Do not work with this company. They offer nothing.
