NerdyRedneck921Wrecked my motorcycle on June 3rd, reported it 3 days later after I got pictures of the wreck. They assigned my claim to someone who apparently went on vacation. Have barely been kept up to date. They considered the bike a total loss but low-balled me to all hell on the motorcycle. Wouldn't recommend. Will more then likely be looking for a new insurance company after this.

David Nedd1My claims representative Angela Hurtado is impossible to get ahold of. She doesn’t respond to any calls or emails. For weeks I have been attempting to contact her with no response. Recently, I have been contacting customer service, as they are able to see if they are at their desk and message them directly. On numerous occasions Angela has told the representative that she will be calling me later in the day, to no avail. If my experience changes I will update my review, but I’m not holding my breath. If you are assigned Angela Hurtado to handle your claim, I would recommend asking for a different adjuster ASAP.

A.A5My personal experience in this office was quiet decent everything was fast , and explained nicely to me. The office was very spacious and clean. They have a decent waiting room , also equipped with childrens toys which helps to keep them distracted, and a TV playing. The company itself I found very reliable , great customer service and quick they work quickly! I give it a 2 thumbs up

Shane burke5I've had insurance for 30 years without getting to use it. I recently totaled my car and got to try out my insurance and air bags. They were awesome in every way possible. I got a check and they paid off my loan in under for days. They also fixed the other car that had 8000 in damage. I also got a rental car to go to work and find a new car. Thanks flo

Chris Cott1Initially I was very impressed with the drop off service, but not only did they take over 2 weeks to fix my van, it was returned with the doors NOT BEING ABLE TO LOCK! The manager, David Longiaro, spent more time making excuses than finding solutions. It's not worth all the free coffee in the world. Avoid this location if you want your car to WORK and expect customer service!

K-is5my second time going there for an estimate to my car accident and they are wonderful, big lounge waiting room that have cookie, coffee, water n beverages for their customer and thats not all, the staffs and workers super friendly. they take care of you the minute you arrive even before you get out of the car, very convenient. I couldn't ask for a better insurance and better place. I want to give this thank you regards to Mr. Kenny Cox and Courtney.they are wonderful and they help me out a lot. ask for them or any staffs, they are good team work and I'll said it again," FRIENDLY"

Serve speed is about normal, sometimes need to wait for long. Easy access and easy to find. Free vistor parking available.
