  Just funded my 5th loan with Buddy Greene, including one initial purchase and four different refi's. The most recent refi was the most complex and ambitious loan I have ever attempted. It including a retired senior, a co-borrower/guarantor, multiple Trust accounts, a POA, an investment property, and several other complications that seemed like mountains.... that is until Buddy took the reins. Buddy and his staff, as well as their network of 3rd-party associates (escrow, title, notary, etc) are remarkable - professional, knowledgeable, reassuring, courteous, patient, talented and PERSISTENT. They knocked it out of the park, addressed/explained every question/concern throughout the process and we managed to fund a few days ago. HIGHLY recommended, would give them more stars if possible.
