  So I've been a homeowner for many years and I bought many properties. Never have I ever had such an awesome experience as I have had with Stuart and his team. A young lady named Kaelyn helped me out. She was definitely on top of her game. I had an issue with my social security number and Kaelyn even fixed that for me.   I have bought 3 houses with this lender and refinanced at least twice. I recommend them to strangers. Process is upfront & numbers are accurate. Due to an insurance issue with last seller and large credit given at closing...this team reworked my loan last minute with no complaints. Everyone I spoke to during process was helpful. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you all so very much for taking a complicated and stressful situation & making me feel like family!

  As a first-time home buyer, Stuart definitely stood out in the best way possible despite the vast sea of people I spoke with. He has the BEST personality and honestly made the entire process fun for me! I had a million questions and he answered every single one clearly and concisely. He provided his cell phone number, and I was never left hanging on last minute questions regardless of the time of day. His office staff is great as well, and very friendly and accommodating. I was actively involved throughout the entire process and everything was very transparent. The lack of lender fees was also a huge perk! I would highly, highly recommend Stuart!

  Stuart and his team at American Mortgage Company have been amazing to me in 2020. I have now refinanced twice with them in 2020 (March and December) to lower my rate and reduce the years on my mortgage. Both times we have closed within 10 days of my initial call and they came to my house for closing. The bagel loan is for real!!

  The team at American Mortgage couldn’t have been easier to work with. As a first time home buyer, Stuart guided me through the options that would be best for me and my future. At any point during the process, if I had a question they were there to answer quickly and thoroughly. On the day of my closing, Stuart was there in person explaining everything as we went. Having the owner be present (during closing and throughout the approval process) speaks volumes to the type of service provided.
