  It's not for us in any shape form or fashion, guy profiled me immediately. Told me $150 maybe $200 is the highest. Sent my brother in law in a couple days later $375 no issue. Go figure only if I..........hmmmm. I'm not even upset. They've lost all business from our family. Sad thing is my brother in law was the one who recommended me. Told me they were good ppl and fair. He was so red when he came out the store. He couldn't believe that they did business like that.

  First off, We have all looked at your comment and nobody knows what situation this could be or if you even have the right store. We DO NOT profile our customers in any way, we respect everyone and our goal is to have everyone to have a positive experience in our store. If this incident happened 3/22/22 then your brother in law isn't due in until tomorrow AND we have zero records of any 375.00 transactions for over a month. Please re-check where you went and un-tarnish our reviews that we work so hard for. We believe you have the wrong establishment, but if not....please call us and ask for Tim to clear up this misunderstanding.

  Came by to get some links taken out of my watch that is too big and got more view and experience than I expected. Great inventory of everything and the customer service was superb. My husband who love firearms was amazed of the inventory and knowledge the team had and definitely coming back to purchase more. So you can go wrong here. Thanks guys!!!

  These guys are absolutely fantastic. Customer service is impeccable and personal. I was in a bad rut with debt and almost lost some really important items and they were able to work with me to get them back. They genuinely care about their customers ability to get their pawned items back. Highly recommended!!!!!

  I came from across the river to buy a guitar I saw on Craigslist. The dude sold it to me saying it was functional and that they tested it out.He was strumming it and telling me it works but it wasn't cosmetically in good condition. I didn't get to inspect it myself. I took his word for it. I get home and the pickups on it are sunken in and wobbly. I take it apart to tighten it, come to find the reason its because the pickups mounting holes are stripped. If I knew this I would have paid more money for a functional guitar. Im never on this side of town. So I guess it's my loss. Now I gotta look to youtube for repair tutorials. If the guy was just honest. I WOULD'VE SPENT MORE MONEY.

  I have pawned, sold and purchased items from these guys for a couple decades. From Rock Road loan at 170 to Woodson loan now to the newest location. My experience hasn't always gone the way I hoped but I was always treated fairly. I can only assume the negative reviews are from people who do not understand the business of a pawn shop. If you walk in Zales today and buy a $2000 ring and think you can pawn it tomorrow for $1500...you don't understand the business and you shouldn't post a review. These guys will work with you on a loan, give you a fair price on a sale and have excellent prices on sales floor merchandise. I'm secure in knowing when I drop off my jewelry for sizing or repairs my stones won't be replaced like some other St. Louis area pawn shops. Stop in, Look around and I'm sure you won't regret it.

  Was looking to take a loan out on a 55 inch Samsung plasma TV. I called ahead of time to make sure they took plasma and they said absolutely Bring It On Up. Note the TV is very heavy I arrive if it's pawn shop four people standing behind the counter to said they do not accept plasma I told him I talk to somebody there a little while ago and they said they do. The guy said well I didn't want to waste your time coming up here so I'll look at it but I'm not going to give you no more than 20 or $30 for it. The TV is in excellent condition and the cheapest I can find online with $1,800 and these fools wanted to offer me $30. The other two guys behind the counter or very rude, must have been slipped in the back of the ear on the school bus growing up LOL needless to say we will never visit that location again we will always take our business to Piazza Pawn on page where they are fair price everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable of their products. Do not go to this pawn shop they will rob you

  I have shopped at this store for over 20 years ,( used to be woodson loan) once a week , no matter what I was there once a week . I have not shopped at a retail store since I found this shop . I found everything I ever needed at this store , tools, yard equipment , brand name items ( no junk ) . The people are so pleasant to be around . They know there stuff about everything they sell . I consider them friends after all these years . If I need something my first call is to the pawn shop to see if they have it . I know I can buy it for a lot less than new and in good condition .. !
