      It was VERY busy this morning. I thought I might be there for hours, but there was an employee coming through with an iPad trying to help who she could. When I got to the teller, Laura (she gets the whole 5 stars), she was so pleasant and talked with me while still doing her work quickly. I was in and out much faster than I expected when first seeing the line.

      Been to the location twice to close an account over the past month that is still not closed. It's always something and they never answer the phone! BOA services are horrible! Not centered or geared towards meeting the customers needs at all! Far from convenient and every little thing is such a hassle to get done or completed!

      Very very slow, consistently. Not good for businesses valuing time. I really dislike visiting this branch. Their hours are short. They seem understaffed. Bank of America has gone downhill in general over last decade. On a positive note its clean.

      You have to wait at least a hour for anything and they are a lot of times rude. I really hate this is now the closest Bank of America to me that’s actually open !

      Okay, so I've been here several times, but specifically twice this month to do some non-typical transactions that I can't do online. Both times I was met by friendly, helpful (but not overly helpful) staff. Really just genuinely kind people. I am disabled and noticing my cane, one of the staff, Emily, went and got me a chair to sit in line in. And then offered to help me move it as I moved in line! As someone who lives with chronic pain and disability, I almost NEVER get that kind of help from people and businesses. So thank you to this bank, the all staff, and Emily!

      Have been a long time customer of BOA and have found the service has gone from pretty good to horrible in the last 2 years. I'm at a branch right now standing in a long line. Clearly the bank is understaffed and the attitude of management is you should feel lucky we are here at all. Not the attitude that makes for a successful consumer experience. I realize most transactions can be accomplished online, but for those that can't it's not a pretty experience.

      Only one teller and struggling. Lines are huge even on a weekday. No sense of peoples time. In comparison US Bank is fully staffed and pleaseant.

      I came on the 12th of April to cash a issued bank of America check so I could go buy a car. I was told and even read online that you do not need a bank account with bank of America to cash a Bank of America issued check. I went to this location and was even told by my Loan Specialist that I do not need a bank account. I walked in with my I.D and my SSN and Birth Certificate and I was told and quote "You need a Bank of America account to cash any check" which was lie. I had to go to my Bank to cash it, and they told me that they should have been able to take my check because it was an a Bank Of America issued check and was wondering what i was doing trying to cash it at my bank. Ill never even consider about opening a bank account with you guys.

      Manager is not friendly. Her people skills are non existent. I always have to wait-at times up to 1/2 hour. Branch is very understaffed and other personnel are not allowed to help tellers per the manager. I go to other branches when I can.

      This location always has a crazy long wait time and is horribly understaffed. If you need to actually do anything like get a temporary debit card you will have to wait at least 45 minutes to see a finance employee. I waited for over an hour one Sunday just to get a new card and was never told how long the wait would be. The bank closed at noon before I was ever helped. Avoid this location at all costs unless you have at least an hour to waste for something that takes 3 minutes.
