All the paperwork was done in advance , I did not have to wait for a long time, staff were very friendly. Paul himself helped and explained all the details.   Paul is very knowledgeable! He explained the process and was always looking out for our best interests.   Buying a home is a big step in ones lifetime. so many decisions, so many choices, who is the right fit, we didn't know where to even begin.
