  I wish Google had a negative symbol. Lone Star National Bank in Edinburg has the worst customer service. Our former banker left the bank to seek a new endeavor months ago. To date we have not heard from our new banker. Perhaps, we need to be millionaires in order to receive exceptional customer service. Their inability to communicate with us on any issue is unacceptable. We are a small locally owned business and take pride in customer service. I wish we could close our accounts today but we have too many things linked to our accounts.

  Worst Bank Ever !!! I took my wife to add her to my account and as soon as I told the rep what I needed she said there was a $10 charge to add her on . We preceded rep got her info and at the end of it all she said our check writing privileges were taken away and a $10 monthly fee was slapped on top of it all even though it’s a direct deposit account . If possible I would give this Bank a negative 5 star . Talk about supporting local business this Bank really reams your Butt !! I won’t recommend this Bank to my worst enemy !! 👎🏿

  I can understand when it is busy, but the staff was rude when I was passed over after being in line over 45 minutes. When I asked the teller if I could be tended to she said "I thought someone had helped you" the other teller mumbled "they need to wait till we call them". THEM are your customers mam. Never again. First and last time.

  Won't cash 3rd party checks from MN. Changing banks for my father. Won't assist in Edinburg, TX. So I need a good bank referral

  I hate this bank. Manger at this one is always out. Doesn’t return calls. Also not helpful whatsoever!

  Worst customer service. The lady named Monica is so rude and has a bad attitude, she does not know how to talk to a customer. Don't know how they hire people like that.

  This bank has the worst customer service ever and they charge for unnecessary things. This location takes forever to do the simplest things.
