  Okay y'all., buckle up for story time. I purchased my 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan in April and feel I've driven it enough to leave a review finally. I was worried and a bit biased going with a smaller dealership versus the big guys but they had what I was looking for so I figured I'd check 'em out and give them a chance. I had been conversing with my dude Jorge on a few vehicles I saw on their webpage. He was patient, quick to respond, personable and put up with my weirdness (thanks millennial anxiety problems). I decided to go with the van (don't judge, I'm popping out kids left and right and this bad boy gets 25MPmuhfugginG) and was able to leave the lot with it that same day. However, upon getting home and seeing the low tire pressure light still on, we go to fill it with air and find there's a nail! Texted Jorge right away and after getting it confirmed that it could not just be patched and after a slight mishap with scheduling, we got the van into their shop and a new tire put on at no additional costs to us. Financing was a bit of a trick since we didn't put anything down or trade in (yes it's possible to do and they are willing to help you find a way!) so after getting it squared away, the van was ours. They even went the extra step to call us a week or so after because they found us a lower rate! They didn't have to do that, but they truly have the consumer in mind. Now that I have driven the van all over; streets, highways, country roads, mountain roads, old town road... I can say that I was not sold a lemon. This van has been a great reliable vehicle in sunshine, flooding rains and snow (thank you May snowstorm) and it has held up wonderfully with zero issues. My girls love having a lot of space and the dvd player for their headrests makes longer trips more bearable for them. Overall, I am completely satisfied with this purchase and can say that Street Smart Auto Brokers has a lifelong customer in me.

  We went in just to look at vehicles and ended up buying a Jeep a few hours later. These guys were great, no-pressure salesmen. Jacob was friendly and helpful. We were happy to give them our business.

  Best car dealership in Colorado Springs!!! Absolutely love all the guys here and they have really nice cars to boot. Chad is a great manager and Joe, Rory, Jacob, and Mitch made the whole experience delightful!

  I have never experienced such a simple, pain free car buying experience. Charles was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to get my boyfriend and I into an amazing vehical. I 100% recomend that anybody looking to buy a vehicle goes to Street Smart Auto Brokers and make sure to ask for Charles!

  I had a great experience coming to to this location. Chad was awesome and was extremely helpful. He took the time to answer every question and made the process very easy going for me. The rest of the staff was extremely nice and helpful as well. All around I enjoyed my visit and would recommend to others.

  I highly recommend Ray at this dealership. He's honest, he listens to your wants, he's personable, and he really works with you for a great deal. Everyone here is super kind, courteous, and willing to go above and beyond for customer service. Seriously, check this place out!

  I worked with Jason for a 2014 wrx. Super helpful and knowledgeable. Got us a decent price on the car, and was able to work with us on some small changes we wanted to make. Would definitely recommend this place so anyone who is looking for a used car.

  Street Smart auto brokers (and Rory specifically) is the ONLY dealer in town worth working with in my opinion! Service is always fast, courteous and its such and oxymoron but we always leave feeling valued and NOT ripped off. They stand behind thier service SO much that they are even fixing a problem with our diesel truck purchase that the shop missed before it ended up on their lot (did I mention ALL of thier vehicles get inspected and serviced prior to being re-sold!), and this is AFTER I purchased and signed the paperwork on an as is truck. Now...we noticed the problem the day we drove it off the lot, but in my experience with all of the other dealers we've used in the mast in Motor city have NEVER extended us this same courtesy and value as a customer ensuring our return. This is our 3rd vehicle of many we will be purchasing from them. Thank you for ypur wonderful service Rory & Street Smart!
