  Best credit union ever! Today I had the best experience and I’m a believer in Aventa forever! My daughter was very sick and so I was turning in change to get her medicine. Everyone on staff went the extra mile, Heather, Neil and Amy were so helpful in making sure my account had enough to get her the necessary funds to cover not only her meds but then some so a tired, stressed out mom could enjoy the night. I’ve never seen anyone care so much about their customers but Aventa does. Thank you! Highly recommend anyone who is looking for a not just good, but fantastic customer oriented credit union… look no further than Aventa.

  Refinancing my home here was an incredible experience. I worked with Jorge who was polite, very clear, and most important efficient. Jorge did an amazing job outlining what was needed from me and processed things incredibly quickly. I didn't have an average file and Jorge not only closed my refinance, but he did so at a lower interest rate, a lower monthly payment, cash back at closing, AND a payout to various debts. I could not have asked for anything more. He truly exceeded my expectations and I will recommend him to anyone willing to listen!

  Aventa has the most caring associates that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They truly care about what you want to accomplish financially and try to help you get there. I now have a savings account that earns 5%, and its actually helping me save money!!! I couldn't imagine banking anywhere else.

  I get consistently great service at Aventa where I have been a member for many years. Debbie Sullivan, the Cascade branch manager, has bent over backwards to give me great service on some fairly complex fund transfers including traditionally and Roth IRAs. I highly recommend Aventa and Debbie.
