  From square one to closing day, Brett and his team were quite simply, the dream team. I could not have asked for more qualified people to handle the loan application and process of my first home. As a first time home buyer, I had no idea what to expect. But whenever I had any question whether it was big or small, Brett was always on top of it and was there with an answer. Having Brett on my team while purchasing a home in today’s market was about the best decision I could have made. And it will be your best decision too!

  Refinanced to a 15 yr mortgage with a locked in low rate, no appraisal, cash out and with a time minimal effort and low stress. Closed quickly at our house, which was super convenient. Overall costs were quite reasonable and we are now saving $ every month!
