  I’ve been a member for six years now and after paying off my first auto loan with Strata I decided to go back for another and I have to say it’s the service that you receive from their reps that keeps me returning! Joey at the Coffee rd location was not just very informative and helpful through the entire process but also took his time and answered all my questions.

  So glad I found this credit union!!! Have never had less than stellar service with all of my banking and loan transactions. Marissa at the Coffee branch is AWESOME!!!! Every time Marissa helps me she has a genuine positive attitude and goes above and beyond with professionalism - so nice to be greeted with a smile and kindness, as well as efficient service and knowledge to answer any of my questions accurately. Marissa’s energy is truly refreshing, especially nowadays in business culture. Keep up the great work Marissa!! You are indeed a valuable asset to any organization who is lucky to have you working on their team!!!!

  I absolutely LOVE Strata Credit Union. Customer service is top notch. Mayra has been the teller to help me on multiple occasions and she is always very sweet and and greets me with a smile, she even asks how the family is doing. My new Strata debit card was lost in the mail, and Mayra was able to get me a replacement on the spot and even explained to me how to update card info using CARD SWAP service they provide! Thank you Strata, and thank you Mayra!

  I don’t normally enjoy my trips to the CU, but this day was different. I had the pleasure of speaking with a young lady named Marissa. She was so kind, professional and had a warmth that made me feel welcome. Not something you see everyday. Thank you Marissa and keep doing a great job. I will actually look forward to my errands now.

  Love this bank! Even during a rush the tellers get you in and out quickly. Lindsay has exceptional customer service skills, she is so nice every time i am there. :)

  Very friendly tellers and banking specialists. Easy to use online banking system. I've rarely waited more than a 5 minutes for a teller. Check'em out!
