  My wife and I reached out to Rick and his team at Kern County Credit Consulting back in 2021 summer. My wife had zero credit while I had some credit issues that were incorrect. Rick and his team walked us through every step that was needed to start making progress to get to a positive credit score. For someone who was raised to pay cash or you do not need it, Rick's advice and direction was truly eye opening. He even helped to get credit cards to start building our credit and outlined steps for making payments to keep money in our pockets. Very grateful for making the decision to hire Rick and his team members.

  Rick and Carl are absolute professionals at what they do! Not only were they able to raise my credit over 100 points and counting, but they are also understanding, sincere, and sympathetic to their customers. I cannot thank them enough for what they have done and continue to do for myself and my family. What a great team they have at K.C.C.C. if you need help these are the people to go to!

  Rick and his team are one of the best. Rick really showed me how to really understand my 3 credit’s and how to read my debt. I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone. Very friendly, extremely helpful , and got to work on my credit debt rite away

  Where do I even begin, Kern County Credit Consultants has changed the way I handle my credit, view my credit and how to manage my finances. Rick and his team have educated my husband and myself in a way that I couldn't even imagine. When we walked in, we felt very welcomed and comfortable. My husband and I, came to KCCC in a vulnerable state. With having acquired credit card debt, uneducated in finances and felt like we were drowning in debt. We needed professional help and KCCC was the light to the end of the tunnel. Thank you Kern County Credit Consultants for your education, years of knowledge and expertise. We couldn't have done it alone. If I could give KCCC a 10 star rating, I definitely would.

  I called KCCC because I had a question that I needed a straight answer on. I had tried to get my question answered from several sources without any luck and I was prepared to pay a consultation fee. Rick Swartz (owner) just happened to answer my call and he was so friendly, kind and considerate, he gave me a straight answer without any charge. I would definitely recommend KCCC to anyone in need of assistance with credit solutions. Local businesses are the best!

  Rick Swartz is so knowledgeable and an amazing consultant. He's helped me three times raise my score to 800 even after I've filed for bankruptcy. He's extremely patient and will go above and beyond to help you. When you walk into his office you feel like you're with family. He'll make sure that all your questions are thoroughly answered so that you leave feeling confident that you're in good hands.   RICK is very knowledgeable and very professional!! I walked in with 500 credit score with his help and consultant now am at 709. Our goal 750!! 👏 almost there !! Alsome customer service!! His door is always open for me ! Would highly recommend to anyone that want to get on track with there credit score!!
