  Not only is Johnny an expert in his field but he is hands down a genuine and caring person, a combination that is so rare to find. Being a first-time home buyer can be stressful, but Johnny went above and beyond each step of the way and explained things to me so patiently. He helped set realistic expectations for me during the prequalification process; and once my offer was accepted, he streamlined the process so well that even my realtor was impressed at how fast we closed! Initially, I was reluctant to work with Caliber Home Loans, based off an experience I had with another lender at the company; but I am so incredibly thankful that I was referred to Johnny and he was a part of this journey with me. I honestly can’t imagine this process without him. I plan on referring him to all my coworkers at KMC and he will definitely be my mortgage guy for life!

  Megan Grant was so great with my home loan and with the process of purchasing my home!! She was very easy to reach and if she didn’t answer a call she called back within a timely manner and answered any questions I had. Escrow was lagging a ton and she definitely helped push them to get the whole transaction done in a timely manner!!!

  The Caliber Home loan team was great. They explain everything I needed to know as a first time homeowner which took away doubts I had about my ability to acquire a home loan. They kept me informed all the way and went above to ensure I had everything I needed to close on my home on time. My mortgage payment is the same as my rent payment as I requested when I started working with Caliber. I have already told my friends and family that Caliber Home Loans is the best and their team is full of miracle workers!!!!!

  I can't even say enough about Caliber. These people are the absolute best. I was referred to Caliber Home Loans after my original lender decided that he couldn't "seal the deal". I started my process with Caliber on April 8th (I worked with Johnny, who is a standup guy and a pleasure to work with), and I got my keys on April 22nd. Yes... that is TWO WEEKS. Johnny was great about communicating and explaining things as we went through the process. I couldn't be happier with the way things went. If you are in the market for a house, Caliber Home Loans should be one of the first calls you make!

  I had the pleasure of being reccomended to Megan Garant when I was beginning the process of looking for a house. Right from the start, Megan was there to answer all my questions and concerns.   We did plenty of research and shopping around for our 15 yr fixed mortgage and the Caliber Home Loan team beat out the competition with a good rate, less origination fees, and the fact that they wouldn't immediately sell our mortgage. Caliber answered all our questions patiently and made the process as smooth as possible - happy with our choice and would recommend to anyone!
