stanley smidt II1I would not do my banking with us bank, they are crooks. My account was transferred to them from State Farm without my permission & now they won’t close my account because they say I have a negative balance. The reason my balance is negative is their fees they are charging me. My balance went from $300.00 to $-75.00 over a charge for $7.03 .. I repeat DO NOT BANK WITH US BANK THEY ARE CROOKS!!

J Singh1Went to get some information about business accounts and the person behind the counter looked like he did not want to be there, just handed us a bank brochure and basically called it a day, gave fast food service vibes.

lulu lopez1Extremely Devious with Overdraft Fees, unreliable available balance, if I'm not mistaken, items paid at their discretion would be a recurring auto pay phone bill, not $580 for online slots after returning the auto pay phone bill unpaid....

Daryl Gilreath1I started banking with this institution because there was a branch close to where I lived in Oregon and they were great. Fast forward a year and now I'm in Bakersfield where US Bank has one branch in a strip mall and these guys truly suck. I've been sitting here for two hours to do a simple wire transfer and there's still no end in sight. My recommendation...find a real bank. Don't waist you time with these strip mall idiots.

Nicole Nunez1This is the worst branch in US Bank history. The fact that there is only one in Bakersfield is pitiful. The branch is small & on rainy days (last Friday) they insist that members stand outside. The tellers along with management revert to a resource line of we aren't authorized to do that here, or we have to wait 24 hours. I know that is bull because I've been to smaller, grocery store locations who perform many functions. Take your money, your business to another bank or better yet credit union, I DID!!!! THIS BRANCH SUCKS

Pascal Gee4I opened an account in Orange County, CA. I've moved from that area but any decisions that require bank manager involvement still get kicked to that branch. Other than that inconvenience, US Bank customer service in the San Luis Obispo & Kern County has been stellar. If opening an account using a promotion code, take care of direct deposit dates. Even 1 day past may cause a runaround.

Jay B1Wow, this has to be the worst bank in town. To start when you walk in it feels like you are walking into a third world bank, the tellers are all pissed off looking and act like it would kill them to crack a smile. The tellers are all rude and very unhelpful. It's no wonder why they only have one branch in town. Lastly they will only let you take $500 out of your account at a time from within the bank?!?!
