  I highly recommend Storm Warner & his counterpart Dave! Storm went out of his way to notify me of the chance to lower my mortgage rates and has saved me literally thousands of dollars. The process is intimidating especially to a new home owner like myself. However, I can honestly say that Storm made it easy and stress free!! Storm is super resourceful and always available to answer questions! He exceeds expectations and most importantly he's an outstanding person that goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience! I can't thank him and the FCM team enough!

  Someone at work recommended Storm when she heard we were buying a house. Storm got us the lowest rate out of the three options we looked at, and it wasn't particularly close. Plus, he helped make the closing costs more manageable. He was immediately responsive to our questions and always looked out for our best interests. It doesn't hurt that he's really easy to talk to and has a sense of humor, too. He even showed up at our closing in spite of the fact that Covid restrictions meant he couldn't accompany us inside; he just wanted to lend his support. We were extremely happy with how everything went. I can't recommend him enough.

  I used Storm and First Centennial for a re-finance around 2017. They were very easy to deal with. All of the paperwork was completed using Docusign and a web portal which made it easy to do on my own time. When I recently bought a new home they were the only lender I considered. The process was super smooth, they were able to get me a great rate and even a small credit at closing plus they waived the appraisal! They are very organized and always willing to answer questions. Look out for the best interest of their clients. I totally recommend them!

  Have used them a couple times and have had zero negative issues. Storm is passionate and gets done. Dave is his counter part and between the two of them, you're in awesome hands. The only lender that I've seen that tries to show up to all closings in case of an issue. You won't be disappointed.
