  Excellent mortgage refinancing service. If you are someone who prefers to conduct business/transactions all electronically, then these are the people to go with. Their secure portal lets you upload and digitally sign all required documentation from the beginning of the process all the way to the end, without the hassle of sending printed paperwork anywhere. Michael and his team is/are also always available by phone, email, etc. if you need to communicate with a person directly.

  First off I’m first time home buyer and was using rocket mortgage initially during my mortgage process. I ended up switching to first Centenial by recommendation through networking I was given some word of mouth promises and let me tell you Mike keeps his word, he was able to lower my closing costs, he worked hard to make sure my mortgage through in time. Mike honestly blew me away with his level of professionalism and ability to break down every step of the process, explain all costs and terminology to me in a easily understandable way. Mike was beyond responsive if I remember correctly he took a phone call from me while he was In the car on his way to his sons football game, just always there ready to help me through this process. Mike is on top of his game I would recommend him to anyone I know confidently knowing he will blow them away with his work ethic and follow through. So glad I made the switch to Mike.
