  Eddie Skinner and his team were amazing to work with! They were always prompt to respond to me, listen to my needs, and let me know what to expect every step of the way in the process (this is not usually the case). Of all the mortgage companies I have worked with, my experience with Storehouse has been, without question, the best. They advocated for me, NOT their own agenda.   My wife and I recently utilized Eddie and his team at Storehouse for a refinance on our existing home. To say they have exceeded our expectations would be an understatement. They are not the big chain that has 19 buttons to push and hopefully speak to someone when calling. They are not only happy to answer all your questions via phone and email but proactively reach out to give updates along the way. They give a video update every 4-5 days detailing where the status of the loan is and what that portion of the loan does, clearly and concisely. They are a family business that takes care of every process around your home because that's your families business. As a realtor, I have 3-5 mortgage recommendations for my clients based on financing needs and situations. Eddie's team is always the first one out of my mouth. I recently had two houses go under contract within 2 days of each other. Approximately same amount, down payment, loan type and closing date. One utilized Eddie and the other a company out of New Jersey. The New Jersey contract needed two contract extensions adding 2 weeks and was about an hour and a half from falling trough as the seller refused a 3rd extension without closing docs confirming the deal would close. We closed but it was a nightmare. Eddie on the other hand closed a week early to accommodate the couple being able to move in to their new home prior to their scheduled c-section delivery of their second child that aligned with the original contract closing date. Long story short, use Eddie and his team.

  It was a pleasure doing business with Storehouse Mortgage. The ease at which the refinancing process proceeded was not expected as I started this process. Storehouse Mortgage kept me informed every step of the way and even sent short videos explaining was was transpiring during each phase. This was a unique surprise that made me feel comfortable and informed the entire time. I would highly recommend Storehouse Mortgage if you are in the market for a new home or refinancing your current home. A job well done!

  Had a great experience with Terry McAffrey at Storehouse Mortgage in buying our first house. we just closed last week, which was a month from when we started the process. Terry kept things moving and made sure we were getting taken care of through the whole process. Also, the video updates we were sent by Eddie, explaining each step of the process we came into was very helpful for us as first time home buyers. Highly recommend! Great job, guys!

  I have to say that working with everyone at Storehouse Mortgage was a very pleasant experience. They took an unpleasant task (I'm not a fan of the refi process) and made everything easy--including getting me up and going with the computer part of the process. They never failed to get back with me when I had a question--and I had several! I can totally recommend these nice folks for any of your mortgage needs.
