  I received an email to schedule an appraisal. I contacted the scheduler and expressed the urgency of getting my appraisal done. I am only waiting on the appraisal to close. The scheduler made a point that the appraiser only comes to my area once per week. She scheduled the appraisal for the following week (today). I just found out that without contacting me, the scheduler contacted the builder and rescheduled for days later. This is an empty new construction home. This is unacceptable.

  Eric and his team have been wonderful. I was pleasantly surprised when he made time within his busy schedule to help me understand the appraisal report I received from another appraiser in town, which was confusing to say the lease. We have used and will continue to rely on the expertise of the Bowden Appraisal Group for all of our appraisal needs. The best company I have dealt with as of yet. These guys are patient, professional, flexible, committed and most of all honest. Pick up the phone and call them, you won't be disappointed.

  We consulted with Eric Bowden after designing custom house plans. He gave us input and we made changes according to his suggestions. Those changes resulted in a 400K increase in valuation! Eric was incredibly responsive, answering phone after hours or responding to a weekend email. Eric’s knowledge, expertise, and his ability to make complicated things understandable are what made our experience great.

  I had my house appraised by Bowden and from the beginning with the scheduler to the end with the appraiser was nothing but a smooth process. Would recommend Bowden to any of my friends looking for an Appraisal. Very fast and efficient!

  I have used the Bowden Appraisal Group many times when there is a discrepancy with square measurements of a house. As a Realtor, it's very important that the square footage is accurate when listing a home. Eric and Mike are very professional and have always given me great advice. I would highly recommend them! They're the best!!

  Very professional, very timely, very thorough with communication. Even in the pouring wet cold rain nothing could stop Eric Bowden from strapping on his rain boots, and grabbing his Mary Poppins Umbrella and clip board to get the task at hand completed!

  Missed an entire bathroom in the appraisal. I fIlled out a dispute form and they never reconciled their mistake. They would never even return my calls. I have sold over 15 investment properties and this was my first experience with Bowden Appraisal Group and this was the worst appraisal I have ever received. The appraisal took twice as long and their comps were terrible.

  Lack of timeliness on turning in appraisal reports - surpassing standard 7-10 day turnaround. I've been in real estate industry over a decade and have never seen such blatant disregard for buyer's time frames. No reason for delay or accountability for reasonable professionalism.
