  Got a setup done on my bass, before that it played nice, good tone, excellent low end....now, I can't even play it. I figured I would get a set up done maybe make it even better, but now after 80 bucks, drift wood.....not happy

  Worst people I have ever met. They are scumbag low ballers who know nothing about their own merchandise or about their customers goods. Last time I was there the guy at the gun counter was trying to convince a supremely elderly woman who spoke very little English that the handgun best suited for her for self defense was a snub nose .44. I brought in an antique Italian cavalry saber to sell knowing it was worth about 500 on the low end and the morons offered me $75 for it all the while telling me that it was a fake. Took my business elsewhere. sold the same saber to a collector for $2,500. Dont do business here, they will cheat you, lie to you, and treat you like Rubbish until you walk out the door.

  I have over the years purchased many items from their store in The Woodlands/Spring Texas. I believe Jeanette Juaire is the owner or manager and I have the highest regard for her honesty and integrity. What you see is what you get and she will bend backwards to make you happy. Jeanette is a joy to work with and one kind human being. In fact the whole store and it's employees are so far above what you would expect in a pawn shop.

  I only have bought firearms from All Pawn, and I've bought around 3 from them. I mainly use them since they have a decent selection of used firearms, and decent prices, but their service is horrible! Employees like to share their personal thoughts, such as saying that the Sandy Hooks shooting was a complete hoax or government inside job. The type of idiot that makes gun owners look like tin foil hat wearing idiots. They also take extremely long with actually doing the background check with the FBI. Every other place is able to do it within an hour, but at All Pawn it can literally take days(no a delay wasn't placed on the transaction by the FBI). Average place, just expect bad customer service.

  Great prices and selection of new and used guitars. Always lucky to find gems here from the likes of Fender, Gibson, Jackson, etc. Semi hollows, Floyd rose + emg pickup metal shred machines, even your old school vintage MIA/MIM fender strats and teles. Did I mention the wide selection of pedals? Great instructors too. Ask for Mike or Steve for guitar lessons.

  Marty the co owner is a shady shady woman. She tried to rip me off and tell me my bracelet was not real then changed her story and said it was just poor quality . Then offered me $500.00. I asked if the offer was good till the end of the business day. Marty said yes. I took the bracelet to a jeweler instead because I felt something was up. How is a piece of jewelry that's poor quality according to Marty worth $500.00 in a pawn offer. The jeweler offered me $3500.00 on the spot and told me it was worth a lot more. But that it would take me a little while to sell it. Come to find out my so called low quality jewelry that Marty said were Citrines. Because I asked her what kind of stones are they. We had found the bracelet at a County Fair grounds and weren't sure . Turned out to be yellow canary diamonds. Marty knew this and was trying to rip me off. What a thief. Shame on you Marty. I hope you go broke. Thank God I was smart enough to know something was up and got a second opinion and way more $. I still can't believe she tried to rip me off. I understand their in it to make $. But she was ruthless.

  There is no place else around here I would take my guitars for service. Sure, these guys may come across a bit brash, but like any skilled surgeon, they've earned their salty stripes. Picture the road crew from Pantera's glory days - the proverbial Yankee Cowboys from Hell. (Go ahead, check Proverbs, it's in there.) These guys know guitars, amps, and other instruments (that I don't care about), and they know how to make them purr. Why would you spend a grand on a guitar, then take it to a high-school guitar tech at a chain music store? That's like asking the neighbor kid to change the oil on your Ferrari. Each of the guys seem to have their own areas of expertise, so I feel confident with taking in my Ibanez, Fender, or Gibson that the right guy will get it done right, on time, and without taking me to the bank. They have a smorgasbord of parts in store, so rarely do I even have to wait on parts to be ordered. As a bonus... Kat's Guitars has a great selection of new and used guitars to drool over when I come in. Check them out.

  Don't waste your time. Went to pawn a guitar there and got a ridiculously lowball offer. The associate explained that the guitar was "going for on ebay" about half of what I was asking, therefore the best he could do was a 150. Although after checking this myself I found that there were a number of offers much more than the figure he said he was using. I understand they have a business to run, but it seems they are more interested in your money than your business. If you are content with settling for 1/13th of what you originally paid than this might be the place for you.

  I pawned a necklace, they only gave me 200. So I've been in hospital n wanted to get it back, the GM Janet said they pulled it only 2 days ago and now if I wanted to "buy" it back it would coast me $3,000.. they have NO COMPATION!!! It wasn't like it was there for a long time. My heart is broken. I would advise NOT to do business with "These People " !!! They have NO HEART OR COMPATION!!

  If I could negative stars I would. The lady at the desk with stringy blonde hair was completely rude! She didn't want to offer anything for my stuff, I went to cash America in conroe and they offered my 3 times the amount. I will never go there again and I hope anyone reading this doesn't waste their time on such a terrible place. Also if the store is reading this you need to hire someone better people for your staff and reconsider the amount you offer people for their stuff.
