  We worked with Chad Nachsin to buy our first home. He was great at explaining everything to us and answering all our gazillion questions about mortgages! He helped us feel confident about our decisions and was great to work with. Everyone from Stonebridge that we worked with was great actually! When our closing was delayed and turned into a stressful situation for us, they worked with us to make sure things were still in line. I highly recommend!

  We were going to use a large financial institution for our home mortgage, but they were dragging their feet and there was a possibility of not getting the deal done by closing. Derek at Stonebridge was able to get the deal done in a short period of time at a better rate and less fees. I highly recommend!!

  We worked with Chad Nachsin at Stonebridge Home Loans and I don’t think we could have asked for a better lender/liaison for buying our first home, especially during a pandemic. With each home we put offers in on, Chad was able to get us cost sheets for multiple down payment options within an hour of letting him know that we found a place we liked. Chad was available any time day or night through phone, email or text to answer any of our countless questions and always took the time to review the numbers with us completely to the point that my wife and I could probably break down the cost sheets for someone else if given the opportunity. His availability and responsiveness felt like a competitive edge in what was a very competitive home buying market for my wife and me.
